I am not able to install any updates either through Windows Update nor manually.

I have run SFC and Windows Readiness Tool but nothing worked out correctly. I even renamed the Software Distribution Folder in hope that the corrupted files gets replaced but it didn't worked either. Still can't find the problem and hoped for help here.

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate SP1

I run SFCFix and its log here:
Code:
SFCFix version 2.4.5.0 by niemiro.
Start time: 2015-08-03 13:15:20.939
Microsoft Windows 7 Service Pack 1 - amd64
Not using a script file.

My CBS logfiles are too large to upload. And I complete instructions for upload logs to server via CFCFix.

Hi alx9k :)

My name is Aura and I'll be assisting you with your issue. Follow the instructions below please.

System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) - Scan
Follow the instructions below to run a scan with the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) and provide a log;
  • Download the right version of SURT for your system;
    • Your version of Windows is:
  • Once downloaded, execute the installer, and go throught the installation (this process can take around 15-20 minutes);
  • On completion, a log will be created in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log;
  • Attach this log in your next reply;
Alternatively, if these instructions are unclear for you, you can follow the tutorial below.

System Update Readiness Tool (SURT)

It seems that even your CheckSUR.log cameback with corruption. There's a possibility that you have a failing RAM stick(s). I would like you to run Memtest86+ on each RAM stick individually, and when a RAM stick comeback with errors on it, it means that it's going bad and needs to be replaced. We have a guide on Sysnative which explains you how to proceed.

Before you do that, I would like you to upload your COMPONENTS Hive for me so I can check if there's more corruption in it.

Retrieving the COMPONENTS Hive
Follow the instructions below to retrieve your COMPONENTS Hive and send me it.
  • Open your Windows Explorer, and navigate to the C:\Windows\System32\Config folder;
  • In this folder, find the COMPONENTS file (there's no extension), and copy it to your Desktop;
    Note: If you receive an error message saying that the COMPONENTS file is in use, restart your computer and try again. If the error message persist, let me know.
  • Right-click on it, and select Send to... and choose Compressed (zipped) folder;
  • Upload the file on Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive and post the download URL for it here;

But I check twice the RAM (via Memtest86+) and the RAM is OK (no errors).

Alright, in that case we'll check the HDD's health to make sure it's not failing.

GSmartControl
Follow the instructions below to test your hard drive health with GSmartControl:
  • Download GSmartControl and save it on your Desktop;
  • Extract the content of the GSmartControl .zip archive and execute gsmartcontrol.exe;
  • Identify your drive in the list, and double-click on it to bring up it's window (usually you'll find your drive by it's size or it's brand name);
  • Go in the Perform Tests tab, then select Extended Self-test in the Test type drop-down list and click on Execute (this test can take a few hours to complete);
  • Once the test is over, the results will be displayed at the bottom of the window. Please copy and paste these results in your next reply;
  • Also, go in the Attributes tab and if you have any entries highlighted in red or pink, copy and paste their name in your next reply (or take a screenshot of the GSmartControl window and attach it in your next reply);
