Windows Update error 80070002

I just noticed this problem a few month ago and tried a few solutions then, Clearing the Software Distribution folder, Fixit 50202, and some other Microsoft forum one-size-fits-all instructions. Now I'm getting problems where my programs are updated to run with updates windows services and I need to get it running again. I found some new answers in forums and used the SURT from Microsoft and then a clean boot with the Fixit 50202 and clearing the folder again and Update is still giving me the same error.

I've uploaded my CBS log folder and it looks a bit of a mess. Let me know if there's something else you need.
