All that time and effort you put in was wasted.

And that is going to be a pain in the ***! I'm probably going to live with no updates for a while until I've got more free time.

Yep. It's happened before and I'm sure it'll happen again, but some threads can completely flip on their heads right at the end of the process

I had one thread where I fixed corruption for 17 pages (compared to 3 here), then received an error out of nowhere at the end that I simply couldn't fix, that was infuriating. I had probably put in well 30+ hours of work into that
