Windows Update error 0xca00a000

Hi sysnative,
My computer cannot proceed the version 1909 of Windows 10 (KB4577671) due to the error 0xca00a000.
When I try to launch a DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth or a sfc/scannow, I have those errors :

I have no idea what to do... Thank you very much for your help,
