Running Window 10 1809, cannot update or install new version of windows due to 0x800703f1 - ERROR_BADDB
sfc or dism repair cannot be done because the COMPONENTS registry is corrupted. Maybe once when I tried to add components to windows, my disk was full.
I uploaded my CBS log and COMPONENTS registry file.
