[SOLVED] Windows update error 0x8007007e

Hi there im having trouble updating windows a few weeks ago and didnt manage to solve this and i can not format this computer i have programs with licenses that i dont have access anymore:
Windows 10 Pro 1909 build 18363.628
Thinkpad x201

The updates that fails are

KB4551762 since February

and now i have also to update

KB4541335

I try almost everyting reseting bits, reset windows update, reset winsock and nothing solve.
When i try to sfc scannow also fives me an error:

Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service

I did a checkdisk and didnt solve

When i tried to dism another error:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

The component store cannot be repaired.
The operation completed successfully.

Unable to find the specified module.


SFC and dism are not working neither is windows update and found that i can not enable functionalities on add or remove programs, this should be all related, but i can not find what is casing this problems.

If someone could help would be great.

Hi there i managed to solve my problem restoring a folder on winxs with other working operating system.
