Windows Update Driver error

WU keeps trying to install driver repeatably when I press retry. I cannot get rid of this problem. I ran SFC, SFC Fix and DISM to no avail. attached is my CBS log. Any help will be appreciated .I also have disabled WU to install drivers. Also tried the WU mini tool also.

I have tried everything to try and fix this to no avail.

Downloaded creation kit,mounted .iso but win 10 repairs fails. When running setup.exe all is well but install taking only a few minutes with no reboots at all. When finished the message Windows failed. Having a few problems as posted in these forums to no avail. So I have been trying the Windows repair solution. But as I stated it has failed.Attaching the CBS file if that helps.
