Hi All,

I've been trying to repair my Windows Server 2016 Datacenter instance without success.
I've tried:

dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth /source:WIM:d:\sources\install.wim:4 /limitaccess
sfc /scannow

but always end up with:
Error: 0x800f0900

DISM failed. No operation was performed

Thanks for any help, I have attached the required files.

Regards,

Craig.

  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.
Code:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
