[SOLVED] windows update constanly checking for updates

this is my wife's laptop windows 7 home premium,

I ran the windows update software readiness tool, and last night it did install updates but if I check again it keeps checking for updates all the time here is sfc fix log , and the log from the windows update readiness tool many thanks baz

we were in remote location internet speed was slow now updating correctly baz
