View attachment CBS.zipI've had trouble with this for several months now and haven't figured it out. I have run the Windows6.1-KB947821-v31-x64.msu file several times but it doesn't help. I tried to reinstall Win7 but it says my current version is newer than the install version which is true since I've had it for 2-3 years. I've run Malwarebyte and Microsoft anti-rootkit software. I have MS Security Essentials. Where do I go from here?
