Please can somebody help me? My Windows Update has been broken since October. I've tried running Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, it says it's fixed something, but nothing changes. Windows Update troubleshooter says there's issues but it can't fix them. I've tried to stop BITS manually, but it says 'stopping' and even a kill task won't do anything, access denied. I'm not very experienced, but this happens fairly often and I usually manage to fix it with one of those things. Anyway, here is my zipped CBS log.
