Windows Update broke edge and settings button

Hello - after installing the creators update I have had several issues with my PC.

Edge will open and close immediately and apparently under the belief there is no internet connection

clicking the settings button does not work

I try to run the following command Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth - but unfortunately I always get an error.



I am attaching the log as well.

Hoping someone can help me.
