[SOLVED] Windows Update 800B0100

Hello,

Since the 7th I'm having an issue with the Windows Update, it throws Code Error 800B0100 for 4 updates - below image & error message.

I have installed 2 anti-viruses, Avast & BitDefender, but not at the same time, installed first avast, unistalled, restarted, installed bitdefender, restarted, uninstalled, restarted but I can't remember exactly if the error message for windows update came before or after I was anti-virus free. Also, from some websites I tried some DSIM.exe command line execution, with error 27 if I'm not mistaken.

Anybody? It's getting frustrating.

Hi and welcome to Sysnative. Please do the following.

1. Manually download the 1st update in your list KB2773072 and save to your desktop.
2. Attempt to install from this downloaded file.
3. If it fails, please zip up and attach your c:\windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log file. You will need to copy this file to your desktop first.
 
Hi Brian,

It actually worked, I got a reply on Quora about an offline update downloader which worked like a charm. Also, from those 4 updates, only one worked downloading and installing manually and it was not the one you gave me. I'll also attach the cbs.log file if you can find something about why it didn't work.
