[SOLVED] windows update 2020-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems Failing

Have tried the following
Stoped the BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer and the Windows Update Services.
renamed the SoftwareDistribution and Catroot2 folder. (files where missing)
restarted the BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer and the Windows Update Services.
Restarted PC still failed.

Stopped Windows update in services
cleaned/deleted the Windows Update temporary cache folder
Restarted Windows update services and still failed.
Tried to delete windows update path
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate
but WUServer and WIStatusServer both missing.

Followed everything list in Windows Update Forum Posting Instructions and get un-handled exception

NVM I figured it out, had to delete and rerun Cryptographic Services
