[SOLVED] Windows Update 2019 error

Hello,

I'm having problems in updating a Windows Server 2019 system.

Can you help me on this?

CBS in attachment.

Step 1. Download

SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.
  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.


Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.

The latest log looks good, so please attempt to update and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS logs.
 
Ok, this server i'm only able to restart at night.
I'll do it and let you know afterwards :)
 
1. Which error code do you see when you look at the Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update or the Update History?
2. Is this server connected to an WSUS server?
 
2024-06 CU error 0x8007000d
2024-08 Security Update error 0x80240017
2024-05 CU for .net error 0x8007000d

i dont use WSUS server
 
Upload a copy of the CBS folder
  • Open Windows Explorer and browse to the C:\Windows\Logs folder.
  • Right-click on the CBS folder and choose Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
  • Now the message will appear, "Windows cannot create the Compressed (zipped) Folder here. Do you want it to be placed on the desktop instead?"
  • Click on the Yes button here.

  • Attach the file CBS.zip to your next reply. If the file is too large to attach, upload the CBS.zip file to www.wetransfer.com and post the link in your next reply.
 
This log is clean, so please provide the previous logs as well or do you delete them after each update?
 
Please don't delete any logfiles, so try to update again and provide a complete copy of the CBS folder.

but im not deleting from the server.
I'm deleting from my computer the copy of it.
