[SOLVED] Windows Update 0x800700003 Server 2016

• SFCFix logs came up empty
• No errors when running DISM and SFC /scannow

I am seeing driver failures in setupapi.dev.log and I was able to fix some of them (pci.inf, sdstor.inf, usbstor.inf) by creating folders manually and copying similar files but I get a new error after running updates. Is this normal? Should I keep doing it until all 0x00000003 are fixed? I also don't know how to fix the hash error for hpc4015c.inf

I tried uninstalling previous updates and moving files around but the issue persisted. New CBS Logs

I got the update installed by removing an inactive hp printer and copying inf files manually. Huge Thanks to @PeterJ
