Hi its been about two weeks since it started. I opened a game and my audio was fine but my screen looked like it was on 2 fps. so i opened my device manager to check if there was something wrong and to my surprise it said that my graphic card was corrupted, so i tried updating my driver but it still wouldnt work. it said windowsfound drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install them. The configuration registry database is corrupt. Also when i ran a scan on my graphic card it said The path %hs does not exist. I tried doing a factory reset but it wouldnt go through.

Hi Welcome to Sysnative,

Please execute the following:

Retrieve the DRIVERS Hive
  1. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the DRIVERS file
  2. Please copy the DRIVERS file to your desktop
Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again
  3. Right-click on this file on your Desktop and select Send To...Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named DRIVERS.ZIP on your Desktop
  4. If file will is too large to upload to the forum please share the file using a service like Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, or upload to www.sendspace.com and just provide the link for the file here
