F Flyer2010 Member Joined Nov 5, 2013 Posts 5 Nov 5, 2013 #1 Hello, I have noticed that a lot of other users here have been asking about this while I was googleing around trying to find a fix for this issue. I am trying to install Service Pack 1 for a windows 7 home premium x64 machine but I keep on getting the error 800B0100. I have attached the log from the windows update readiness tool. Please help!!! :) View attachment CheckSUR.persist.log Thank you so much in advance. It never has been a problem until recently when it is required for a piece of software I need to install. Edit: I tried attaching the CBS.log but it says I don't have permission to open it?
