Hi,

Follow these instructions to remove an update.
  • Open the Start menu of Windows and type the command CMD
  • When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
  • When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, then press enter.
Code:
wusa /uninstall /KB:4487006
  • Let me know if it says it was successful or you get the message: The update KB4487006 is not installed on this computer.

Thank you for your help, it helped.

I still have a problem with updates on two other windows sewer 2008

Should I create new topics so that you can help me solve the problem ?

Greetings

Hi,

You're welcome. Glad to hear the problem has been resolved.

And yes, please start new threads for the other servers. However, I currently have no Server 2008 VM's running, but I'm sure another helper will pick-up those threads.

I will mark this threads as solved.

Hi,

Please run the following commands and post a new copy of the CBS log.

What was the result of SFC and DISM? However, the CBS.zip seems to be corrupt I can't open it, so please upload it again.

Step 1. Download

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.
  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.
Code:
DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
