It looks like all of them fail to install cumulative updates (Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x8024200B: 2024-04 Cumulative Update for Microsoft server operating system version 21H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5036909).). I thought it might be due to this issue KB5028997: Instructions to manually resize your partition to install the WinRE update - Microsoft Support but doing the recommended actions didn't do anything. I have also tried to completely disable WinRE and deleting the partition but that also didn't do anything. I have also tried to reset WU but without success. What should I do going forward? I have also tried exporting the COMPONENTS hive but no matter how many times I reboot, I am always prompted with the fact that the file is in use.
