Windows Server 2022 - Failed to install cumulative update with error 0x800f0983

Hi to all,

for 3 months I can no longer install the Comulative Updates of a Windows 2022 Standard VM.

I installed the EN-US language as suggested by some, but it still does not install.

sfc /scannow executed without problems

I attach CBS and ComponentsScanner
