Windows Server 2019 Updates Issues

Hello dear friends,

Server 2019 has stopped updating (0x80073712 failure) after a mysterious system crash.

SFC identifies corrupted files but is unable to fix them.

DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth gets stuck at 90.6%

ComponentsScanner detects 1682 inconsistences between WinSxS and COMPONENTS hive.
