Windows Server 2019 Fails to Update KB5036896

Hi,
I am trying to Update the Patch on my AD server. I'm getting this error. "2024-04 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2019 (1809) for x64-based Systems (KB5036896)"
I've tried the below Troubleshooting steps, But no Joy.

* Windows Update Troubleshooter
* SFC /scan
* DISM tool
* Reset Windows Update components
* Restarted the Update services
Tried to push From The SCCM Server also, but Getting "Referenced assembly could not be found" with the error code "0x80073701"
