Windows Server 2019 1809 - Windows Update

Hi everyone!

Windows Server 2019, located in isolated network - no internet access. WSUS available. Windows Update doesn't work.
I'd tried anything - but problem is still here. What I did:

1. Clean and remove Sofware Distrubution folder;
2. SFC scan, DISM /restorehealth

May be, someone can advice me?

Please do the following to get some more information.

Download the

Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop:

Download the 64 bit version: - Farbar Recovery Scan Tool Link

Warning: This script was written specifically for this system. Do not run this script on another system.

• Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.
• Right-click on FRST.exe and select "Run as administrator".
• Press the Fix button.
• If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally.
• When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
• Post the logfile Fixlog.txt as attachment in your next reply.

This script will also export the Component Based Servicing hive to your desktop as CBS.hiv, please ZIP this file and attach it to your next post as well.

Hi,

Unfortunately, the Component Based Servicing hive is damaged beyond repair. Do you have recent backups from before the problem started?

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but then there is no other option than rebuild this server, as complete subkeys are missing.

You're welcome. But sadly it is one of the issues that could not be resolved without recent backups to find a possibility to restore the Component Based Servicing key in the System hive.
