windows server 2016 (Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation)

Hello,

I am unable to get sfc /scannow to complete sucessfully. It will show error at 48%.

Below are the steps that what I have did.

1) run command window in administrator mode.
2) run the following commands:-
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /checkhealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /scanhealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

no errors detected.

3) downloaded and run SFCFix.exe in admin mode
SFCFix version 3.0.2.1 by niemiro.
Start time: 2021-08-05 07:23:05.738
Microsoft Windows Server 10 Build 14393 (Updates Deferred) - amd64
Not using a script file.

AutoAnalysis::
