Run the command DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth /source:WIM:e:\sources\install.wim:2 /limitaccess
- It got stuck on 96.6% and returned Error: 0x800f081f

Verified that sources is correct by running the command
DISM /Get-WimInfo /WimFile:e:\sources\install.wim
