[SOLVED] Windows Server 2016: sfc /scannow fails and Updates are not installing

I have a problem with Windows Server 2016

SFC /scannow stops after 79%. I've tried running a chkdsk /f and a DISM online repair

The server is up to date

Step 1. Download

SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.

• Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
• Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
• Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

• SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
• Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
• Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the System File Checker and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.

I've followed the steps to start the sfcfix and ran an SFC /scannow afterward and the scan stopped at 74%

Thank you very much the SFC finished and did not find any integrity violations

I have one more server that is not updating and it stops at 39% when I do a sfc /scannow

Can I ask a favor, would you mind helping me with that one as well, please
