Windows Server 2016 11/2021 update failed hard

Hi,

After update computer didn't respond at all, and after hard reset multiple services stopped working (Windows Firewall, DHCP-client for example). Tried to uninstall update but didn't help. Atm connectivity is limited and I think because of that, SFCFix failed. Maybe I should have selected not to upload the result or what was that step, but now that I have once run, I can't change that anymore. Can you help me?

I think it's not relevant, but the update was KB5007192. I think the problems started after I forced shutdown, based on event viewer log.

Few error from event log (multiple others, mostly because dependant on DHCP-client):

The Software Protection service failed to start. 0x80070005
10.0.14393.4530

The time service encountered an error while refreshing its configuration in the registry and cannot start. The error was: Access is denied. (0x80070005)

An error occurred in initializing DHCPv4. Error Code is 0x5

The MpsSvc service depends on the BFE service which failed to start because of the following error:
Access is denied.

The tcpipreg service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.
