Windows Server 2012 R2 .NET4 Corruption WU fails

I've tried running sfc /scannow which fails to fix the corruption as well as dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth. I was having issues because the server is pointed to a WSUS server (domain GPO allows going to WU as alternate source) which still wasn't going out to WU to download. Tried setting the policy locally as well to allow for WU internet source but that didn't work either. I ran the SFCFix tool and generated the attached output.

This can be disregarded. Looks like a later update fixed the issue of the corrupted or missing .NET files. It resolved itself after a few months.
