Yes, and here's a new CBS.log. It doesn't have much but looks like it is telling me that a reboot is needed. I will reboot this server at 11 PM EDT tonight and retry the install of KB4103725 and send another CBS.log

Code:
PS L:\> sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 82% complete.

Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.

OK, I just executed it but a reboot is required. I can't reboot until 11 PM EDT. Should I go ahead and run the sfc /scannow or just wait until after the reboot tonight?

OK ...do you think you will be available around 11 PM EDT? I ask because I have a 2 hour window at that time to do whatever we need to do to the server.

OK ...well, actually, I was just given until 4 AM EDT to work on it. After I reboot and run the sfc /scannow should I try to install the update again?

OK, well, I will try to be up at 3 AM my time, 9 AM yours assuming you will be up that early or if you are available at 8 AM your time I can do that too. That would give us 2 solid hours to work on it. Because I think my customer will not let me work on it again until Monday.

OK, you are friggin awesome! Much appreciated! I will reboot at promptly 11 AM EDT and run the scan and get the output to you.
