Windows server 2012 fail during update due to cpu.inf driver

Hi,

A driver update error seems to stop the update on my windows 2012 server.
Here are the files where you could see that. I manuely try to force install with the test mode (unsigned driver) but it said : element not found

How to fix that ?

I have succesfully install the update by uniinstall and re-instal the 2/3 last monthly update (not the cumulative) !
