[SOLVED] [Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1] The update is not applicable to your computer

Hello, my patching tool, BladeLogic Server Automation, tells me that the patch KB4343205 is missing and applicable but when I attempt to install it I get the message that it is not applicable. The server has been rebooted and I have retried just to make sure there was not a pending reboot stopping it. Here's a link to my CBS folder in a zip file CBS.zip - Google Drive

This Security Update for Internet Explorer is not applicable for installation on a computer on which the Security Monthly Quality Rollup or the Preview of Monthly Quality Rollup from August 2018 (or a later month) is already installed. This is because those updates contain all the fixes that are in this Security Update for Internet Explorer.
