windows server 2008 r2 failed update 0x80070490

Hi, I have a vm with windows server 2008 r2 failed installing any monthly roollup. Update will always revert once reboot.
Error 0x80070490

Add Missing Package
1. Click the Start button and type cmd.exe in the search box.
2. Right-click on the cmd that comes up and select Run as administrator.
3. Once you are at the command prompt, copy/paste the following line and hit enter.
pnputil -a C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_wvms_pp.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.24233_none_c17e498621310242\wvms_pp.inf

Let me know if it says successfully installed. If it does, try installing the update again.

Hi the command successfully installed.
Tried to patch and reboot however windows entering preparing automatic boot loop endless.
Since it is a vm i reverted the snapshot.
