windows search not showing up in windows features

Windows search doesn't work at all. I tried manually enabling it in the registry and copying over the files, but the root issue is that it's still not showing up in windows features for it to be turned on.

I ran dism repair and this is the CBS.log attached

I had to disable and re-enable the feature through dism.
dism /Online /Disable-Feature /FeatureName:"SearchEngine-Client-Package"
dism /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:"SearchEngine-Client-Package"
