Hi,

Great, are there any remaining issues or is everything working well?

im not sure. cuz excel is sometimes when i click on A1, it jumps to c3 example. tried repair same issue.

no. its laptop not desktop. i tried to repair software same issue. lets assumed 10 times maybe 4 times it will run. balance 6 times is smooth. i will end up task manager force kill & restart app it will work. most times mouse. i dont recall if touchpad is having same issue.

I don't think this is a software (Office) problem, maybe an issue with the touchpad and/or Logi Options+ which is installed?

what else do you do or what else does his forum offers

This subforum is for Windows Update / SFC issues only and also restricted, so i'ts not an general forum where everyone can post like all the other subforums here.

@JSntgRvr has sent you from BC to here to resolve the SFC issue, so please let us know what your prefer.

- Continuing at BC to look at the mouse glitches?
- Or here in a new thread in e.g. the Windows 10 section?

I am using a bluetooth hardware for the mouse.
also ive uninstalled the logitic software just now. will monitor still if this caused the isssue

BC has closed+finished due to its virus/malware
If the issue persists, will open a new thread at windows 10 section. thanks

Okay, please let us know the result, when the issue still persits please start a new thread in the Windows 10 section to get advice from other helpers too.
