Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them

os. windows 7 x64.

problem: cant open pdf due to missing dlls.

tried following.

1. chkdsk /r

2. uninstalled & reinstalled foxit reader, (but error of driver comes during installation)

3. tried sfc/scannow with admin rights.

4. tried system repair with cd.
