Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them

Hello

Sorry that my first post is crying out loud for help but i really need it. I was unable to install anything unless i run as admin and to check if the system files are not corrupt i ran command "sfc /scannow" which said that it was unable to fix some of them. After that i went to check the log but i was denied access to it even though i was logged in via an admin account, anyways i rebooted to Safe mode and again run scannow and again got the same error but i was able to view the log and i have copied and uploaded it as an attachment. The log is really big i am not sure what cause these high numbers of system files to corrupt all of a sudden. As this system is what i use for my profession, quick help will be greatly appreciated.

SFCFix AutoAnalysis


  1. Download SFCFix.exe and save this to your Desktop.
  2. Save any open documents and close all open windows.
  3. Double click on SFCFix.exe to open it.
  4. Follow all on screen instructions and upon completion, a file should be created on your Desktop: SFCFix.txt.

The command you gave to copy it as text on desktop did nothing for me, so I tried to copy it directly but access was denied and I have to log in to safe mode to create the text. If it is not what you asked for please tell me how else to get that.

Also this time the size of log is about 10 % of what is previously was so hoping that's good news.
