Windows Repeatedly Updating Same Updates - Preventing 10 Upgrade

Hello!

So I am having an issue where Windows update shows two updates as required, but has repeatedly updated those updates and shows them as successful in the update history.

I ran an SFC Scan to identify any corruptions. It reported that there were corruptions that it was unable to correct and so I created a CBS log. Could someone provide direction from this point forward as to correcting the problem?

  To do this, swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search. Or, if you are using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, and then click Search. Type Command Prompt in the Search box, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator.
