I'm constantly facing game crashes due to TDR related errors, I have disabled TDR with TdrLevel(0) and it seems to have no effect, are there any other registry settings which are related to this, all the solutions elsewhere on the net suggest adding entries in /GraphicsDriver registry key, I've tried all of them and they don't seem to have any effect.

Searching for disabling thread timeout brought me to this link: Disabling Timeout Recovery for Display Drivers - Windows drivers

The key mentioned in forgoing link is new to me, which hasn't been suggested anywhere in solutions to game crashes due TDR related issues. I couldn't find this entry in Windows 10 20H2 V2, so I added it, will it have any effect, or is it removed in latest Windows version? Are there any such settings which I can try, maybe related to how long a thread can continue if there is a hang up in thread, etc? Something like that could be causing these issues I'm facing.
