Windows problem that cannot fixed by sfc or dism

Hello all, I was doing my usual sfc and dism scan on my computer since it was causing some problems on my computer. Both scans detected some problems that they cannot repair. I downloaded the SFCFix utility and there were some WARNING and CORRUPT messages on the log. I'm running WINDOWS 8.1 update 3
