This is the first time that happened to me and I'm quite worried. First I'm using Windows 7. Today when I opened my computer it asked me if I wanted to proceed to windows immediately or safe mode. This happens when you suddenly shut down your computer but I do not think I did it last time. I chose to proceed immediately and i went to the kitchen.When i returned to my room to see if it was in desktop i saw again the black screen asking if i should enter safe mode or proceed to windows. I chose to proceed to windows again and i was waiting until it enters desktop. It was quite slow until it gets into desktop, i thought it crashed because it was a black screen but after minutes it appeared.
And Windows informed me that 'Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown problem'.
So what the problem could be? Drivers? Virus? Overheat?
