Dear,

We would need a crash dump for the process to know the reason it crashed. Please perform the following steps to generate one:

  1. Download ProcDump tool.
  2. Extract the downloaded archive to C:\ProcDump directory.
  3. Open an elevated Command Prompt by right-clicking on CMD.EXE shortcut in your start menu and selecting Run As Administrator from the context menu.
  4. Type the following command:
    Code:
    C:\ProcDump\ProcDump.exe -e -ma -w explorer.exe C:\ProcDump
  5. Try pasting some media file so Explorer gets crashed.
  6. Compress the DMP file, which was newly created in C:\ProcDump directory.
  7. Upload the compressed file to a file sharing service (e.g. OneDrive or DropBox).
  8. Share the download link here.
Thank you.
