windows error 0x800f0906

Hi,
After trying to do a windows update I get an error "WindowsUpdate_800703F1"
I already tried to search for a solution but in every forum or other site it all says "the solution is only for this specific person" or something like that.
Also when i restart my computer (win8.1) it says the updates cannot be completed.

The error given in the title 0x800f0906 is the error i get after running DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Have you tried with the firewall disabled?

Are you using the Windows firewall? And Windows defender, like antivirus? Or what?
Anyway, you can ask in https://www.sysnative.com/forums/windows-update/6903-not-received-help.html (<---click) for a reply and to move the topic in the Windows update sub-forum.

cbs.log (specifically sfc/scannow log) doesn't show errors (the log lines before [sr] lines, instead, show problems).
