[SOLVED] Windows Defender not working

Attached what i could, hope this is right.
Note: System Health Report could not be done (Windows unable to detect 'perfmon/report')

I have not done operation 6 yet.

Hi,

Press Windows Keys+R or Click Start->Run and type the following without the quotes
"sc start WinDefend Enable"

Then try opening Windows Defender again.
