Windows Debugger Help

Hi All,

I am using Windbg and have been for a long time however I update to the latest buiild of Winbg last week and since doing so I no longer get the "probably caused by xxx" output.

I have rolled back the Windbg install to the previously working version and it still doesnt output. I have also wiped an old disk reinstalled Windows and rebuilt everything but to absolutley no avail. I am completely stumped. Does anyone have any ideas what I am missing?

This was removed from the default output for WinDbg a very long time ago.
