I disabled my antivirus went to the Windows store and clicked the Upgrade to "Windows 8.1 with media center" It downloaded and rebooted and tried to install and appeared to hang at 82% where it always stops at. A popup window said "Sorry we couldn't update to windows 8.1 error 0x800F0830-0X20020003. Then it restored my old windows. Dropbox - setupact.zip Dropbox - CBS (4).zip
I updated Windows first. Rebooted and checked for updates again and there were no more. Let's try skipping the upgrade to Windows 8.1 and go directly to Windows 10. Do you have your license information for your antivirus product handy? If so, please try uninstalling the antivirus software (and restarting the computer) before attempting the upgrade. Click the Upgrade Now button on the Microsoft Windows 10 Upgrade page: Windows 10 Windows 8 is supposed to be supported, but if it asks for a product key or you get an error message, STOP and post back with the details.

Seems like everything is working. That was my goal to upgrade to Windows 10 before the July 29th deadline and you helped me accomplish it. Many Thanks.
