Can you please go the following location C:\Windows\System32\config and look for the following files:
-COMPONENTS
-Any other files that start with the word COMPONENTS
-Or any files that have a similar name to COMPONENTS (it could be spelt different, have a number, a symbol etc)
If you find any please create a folder on your desktop and copy and paste all these files into this folder.
Next can you please zip this folder and upload them for me to analyze? The file may be too big to attach to this post, please use either Dropbox or One Drive.

The hive is really corrupt, it will not let me load it at all :(

Do you have any recent system restore points?

Click on the start button -> and type Powershell -> Right click on Powershell.exe -> Choose run as admin -> enter in the following command:
Get-ComputerRestorePoint >1
Notepad 1
Post the contents of 1.txt back into this thread.

Very corrupt if the hive can not be loaded. It looks like there are no recent restore points we can use to extract the hive, all of the restore points are after 20/03 (the day you gave me the COMPONENT hive). I hate to say this but you will be looking at a fresh install of windows, you might get lucky with a repair install but there is not guarantee this will solve the issue.

I tried to load the one without .iobit. But I did load this one just then and it loaded. We are going to try and replace your current hive with the iobit hive.
