Windows 8 PC Black screen non responsive - CBS log

I believe files are missing from system 32 but im not entirely sure. About a week ago my computer started to be at 100% usage in the CPU and 90% usage in the Memory category (I have 16gb). Restarting would temporarily fix this problem but it would return shortly after. I have preformed virus scans and disk checks. the results of my CBS log are attached.

It wouldnt attach so here is what i think you need

Those errors are not of a concern. For us to have a further report of your system, please do the following:

SFC /SCANNOW
  1. Right click on the
    aa922834-ed43-40f1-8830-d5507badb56c_39.jpg
    button
  2. Click on Command prompt (Admin) => Press Yes on the prompt
  3. Inside the Command Prompt windows copy and paste the following command SFC /SCANNOW
  4. Please wait for this to Finish before continuing with rest of the steps.
Convert CBS.log to CBS.txt
  1. Right click on the
    aa922834-ed43-40f1-8830-d5507badb56c_39.jpg
    button
  2. Click on Run => Inside the run box copy and paste the following command:
    Code:
    cmd /c copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
  3. Press Enter
  4. Once this has completed please go to your Desktop and you will find CBS.txt => Please upload CBS.txt to this thread
