Windows 8 - Corrupt files/unable to fix/CBS files posted

Hey there. I had recently updated my windows 8 and I started having error status 0xc000012f come up on all the programs I open. I have run dskchk and spotfix and nothing. so I did the sfc and i found a couple curropt files but i dont know how to fix it. I did follow the instructions from this post https://www.sysnative.com/forums/wi...prncacla-inf-corruptions-windows-8-8-1-a.html but it hasn't helped.

Sorry for the delay in responding to your thread.

Download and Run SFCFix

Please download and run SFCFix from >Here<

It will take about 15 minutes to process. Once the scan has completed a notepad file will launch with the results. Please copy and paste the entire contents of the results and post them back into this thread. Please put [CODE][/CODE] tags around the log to break up the text.


SFC /SCANNOW

1. Right click on the
   
   button
2. Click on Command prompt (Admin) => Press Yes on the prompt
3. Inside the Command Prompt windows copy and paste the following command SFC /SCANNOW
4. Please wait for this to Finish before continuing with rest of the steps.

Convert CBS.log to CBS.txt

1. Right click on the
   
   button
2. Click on Run => Inside the run box copy and paste the following command:
   

   cmd /c copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"

3. Press Enter
4. Once this has completed please go to your Desktop and you will find CBS.txt, please rename this file to CBS_{Insert forum username here}_{insert todays Date here}.txt For example "CBS_Go The Power_1803.txt"
5. Please upload CBS_{Username}_{Date}.txt to this thread.
