No .dmps included. Have you used any file cleaning tools, e.g. Advanced System Care 6? They can delete the files we need for analysis.
Remove the following programs; they can lead to blue screen crashes.
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Advanced SystemCare 6
Start Menu\Programs\Bitdefender 2013
Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite
Start Menu\Programs\Driver Magician
I have seen many crashes caused by Advanced System Care 6, and I have also seen it eventually lead to the system being unable to boot due to damage it causes to the Windows system and its registry.
I do not recommend 3rd party optimization software, especially if it includes registry cleaning. Such software can lead to Windows being unable to boot, damaged restore points, a damaged file system, damaged Windows files, damaged program files, corrupted registry and program installations, and eventually leads to the need to clean install Windows to fix the damage caused by the 3rd party "optimization" algorithms. I would recommend that you remove the software and avoid such software in the future. Hopefully it is not already too late.
In the future, if you need help optimizing Windows, please follow the steps given by Microsoft Windows developers to Optimize Windows for better performance.
BitDefender is known to cause blue screens on most systems. During my trial with it last year (2012), I experienced frequent system hangs and a few blue screens myself. The 2013 version may be better, but I personally don't trust it. I also found the support for the software to be extremely lacking when I contacted BitDefender support for help with the problems it caused on my system.
I strongly recommend removing BitDefender and re-enabling Windows Defender to see if it provides more stability.
DAEMON Tools Lite is a known cause of blue screens. Remove the software until you are able to troubleshoot the crashes and find stability.
I have seen a lot of problems caused by automated driver finding tools with Windows 8. They often find drivers that were pre-Windows 7.
I do not recommend automated driver update software. Some of those programs find drivers for devices similar to but not exactly the same as the hardware actually on the system. Bulk updating also increases the chances of installing buggy drivers. Updating drivers using 3rd party software can install drivers that are not designed for the PC's power scheme; those drivers have to be downloaded from the PC Vendor (HP, Lenovo, Dell, Sony, Toshiba, etc.). This can lead to conflicts and blue screen crashes. If you need help finding driver updates for a certain device, please ask us for advice instead of using software. Driver updates are not always necessary and some updates can actually decrease system stability rather than increase it, so it is usually better not to update unless a device or its driver is causing problems with the system. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
